Exhibitions 2023

Romeo has exhibited his work in iconic art capitals across three continents including London, New York, Paris, Milan, and Sydney, and he had his first solo exhibition in Australia when he was just 18 years old. Romeo’s artworks can be found in private collections across continents, and one of his ink drawings is also permanently hanging in a 16th century castle in France.

London art lovers gather around Romeo Varga’s Disney-inspired paintings at a group exhibition in the UK’s capital (2023) 
Two of Romeo’s unconventional depictions of classical Disney characters facing macabre scenarios were selected for exhibition in London.
Romeo Varga’s artworks were hung in a prime position at the London art gallery.
‘Snow White and the 7 Accomplices’ was painted by Romeo Varga in February 2020 at the beginning of the global pandemic when mask-wearing had only just been introduced as a social concept.
Paris, France (2023)
‘The Harp Player of Perast’ is the first painting in Romeo Varga’s Montenegro-inspired fine art series which is comprised of 10 works which he began creating in 2023 upon settling into his new residence on the Adriatic Sea.

‘Post Apocalypse Sydney B&W’ was selected by Art Weekend Montenegro for a group exhibition ‘Metamorphosis’ in Montenegro’s capital city in December.
28 artists were selected to exhibit their work at the Pomorandza Cultural Centre in Podgorica in December 2023.
